Before You Get Started

IMPORTANT: Our vinyl production has a tolerance of -/+ 5%, i.e., you may receive slightly more or slightly fewer discs (but no less than 5% of the overall order quantity) 

CHECKLIST

  1. Be sure you’ve prepared everything correctly; see our Printing and Vinyl Production how-to’s here or ask us any question you may have here

  2. AUDIO – the audio content for your vinyl project should be delivered digitally in WAV format along with the tracklist/pressing specification or on a supplied lacquer

  3. Upload complete set of files – incl. filled pressing specification, labels & cover immediately after filling the order (contact service for upload instructions; your order won’t be processed if we don’t receive a complete set of files)

  4. ARTWORK – labels & covers will be used only if they meet our requirements; any additional graphic work on our side is subject to a surcharge of $25
    Please send us only PDF 1.3 or TIFF format files in CMYK color mode, adapted to the chosen template (the full list is here), incl. 3mm bleeds on each side of every cover panel; formats other than PDF/TIFF will not be processed

  5. You will receive the cover & label previews separately but we won’t print them without your confirmation

  6. We will ship test pressings within ten business days; once test pressings are approved, your products will arrive in Miami, FL within 8 to 12 weeks

  7. You can ask for a personalized matrix name on the disc (instead of Pressing Business); the number of characters on the matrix cannot exceed 60 characters; the charge for this alteration is $15 (please add the information about it in the “additional information” section of the order form below)
